The Forest is by no doubt my favorite survial game ever
It's not the best optimized and well made game ever, but it more than makes up for it with it's enjoyable gameplay, uniqe setting, great coop experience and insane immersion.

Setting/Concept/Gameplay:

The Forest is a fresh mix of minecraft styled gathering, base building, survival and cannibals (NOT THE USUAL OVER USED ZOMBIE THING). The game starts out with you the player experiencing a plane crash and then waking up alone as the only survivor. What you decide do after that is more or less up to you!

For refrence you can.....
  • Go out and find and explore one of the many cave systems hidden around the forest.
  • Build an comfortable wodden cabin and enjoy the rich wild life.
  • Complete the objectives (theres only a few) note that theres alot more to do than just the list.
  • Pick up the spear and hunt down every single one of those bloddy cannibals.

(The developers are adding more things to do every once and then) So don't expect a full story soon
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sound/Graphics/Immersion:

Audio:
The sound design is bloody amazing, everything from the sound off rain to the occean sounds realistic.

Visuals:
The graphics looks extremly good for something early acess, the forest enviorment is just gorgeous (Aside from a few uncommon visual glitches)

Immersion:
This is in my opinion the best executed part off the game, things takes along time to build, there's traps, treehouses, boats and alot more to build. You also get this feeling off always being hunted and tracked down by your enemies.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Technical/Engine/Optimization
(Please take this with a grain of salt as im aware off that most off those issues will be fixed before the final release)

Performance wise The Forest runs really smooth
(60-144 FPS with an gtx 970 and AMD 8350 Stock speed on high settings with 2560x1080p resolution)

The big problem here though is the glitches, they are many and often game breaking. Those glitches ranges from falling trough the ground to torches not lighing etc.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Verdict:

The Forest is for sure a potentional gem if they fix the techinal issus aswell as adding more substance to the story/objective off the game :D

Mafia II is one off the best single player experiences that i have ever encountred.
It checks all the boxes for what i whould consider a perfect game.

Immersion
It's immersive as hell (The clothes, The music, The cars) they really make you feel like you're there. There is also alot of small details like people reading newspapers and doing everyday stuff in the streets, being able to rob more or less any store and being pulled over for driving to fast.

Gameplay
The gameplay is enjoyable and everything from shooting mafia members to driving away from the cops works great and feels fluid. Though the game kinda lacks things to do outside of missions so don't buy this game expecting it to be GTA V with mafia memmbers.

Story
The story is great and it never really feels tedious. Characters are intressting and rememberable, and the time period and setting for the game is very uniqe and intresting.

Verdict
The Mafia II is a fun and immersive story driven game that lacks things to do, but that more than makes up for it by delivering 100% quality content.

Pros

Good story
Enjoyable gameplay
Well optimized
Good looking

Cons

Few things to do aside from missions
Might seem a little bit short to some

Waifu War Simulator 2k16

Valkyria Chronicles is a good strategy/shooting/rpg game with lot's of waifus to chose from. Every single waifu has a backstory and their own uniqe pros and cons.

You earn both experience and new resources from playing missions which can used to upgrade your waifus and make them even more powerfull.

Basicly i rate this game 9/11 waifus <3

One of the best strategy games of all time

Introduction:

Total War: Shogun 2 is the sequel to the game that started it all back in year 2000. I've got to say that the developers really succeeded in improving things while still keeping the core concept of the previous games intact.

Everything from managing your towns to controlling armies works and feels great. Even though those systems isn't as advanced as the previous game in the series.

Unlike the other games in the series Shogun Total War 2 is set in 16th-century feudal Japan which i think fits very well. Both the enviorments and units looks amazing and really gives an fair representation of what Japan could have looked like during the time.

For anyone not familiar with the Total War games they basiclly consists of two diffrent parts.

1. The Campaign Map:
This is where you will spend most of your time playing total war. From here you can get an overview of the diffrent clans territory, their respective armies/agents aswell as the diffrent trade routes. This is also where you will be able to manage your settlements, recruit diffrent types off soldiers and make diplomatical proposals with other clans.

You can also move your armies/agents by simply selecting them and then clicking wherever you want them to go.
The amount an army or unit can move every turn depends on what kind of units you're using (cavarly units moves really fast while cannons moves extremly slow).

in terms of balance every single unit/agent plays their own role. The thing that makes this work is that every unit/agent in the game has a counter, basiclly it's kinda like a game off Rock-paper-scissors. Spears wins over cavarly, cavarly wins over ranged units, ranged units wins over spears.

Whenever one off your armies engages in combat you get two choices
1. Auto resolve the battle (which let's the AI fight the battle for you)
2. Manually fight the battle (which transfers you to the real time battle mode)

2. The Battle Mode:
This is where you will be able to controll your units during battles. The battles is always fought in real time and are in massive scale.

To win an battle you will have to utilize every unit to their full potentional by using diffrent formations, flanking the enemy soldiers and by using your units special abilites. How good your units performs will also depend on their morale, which is based on a number of different things like for example your chosen general and overall odds off winning the battle.

Conclusion:
Shogun total war 2: is an amazing strategy game that's well balanced and has very well suited design.

Like the other games in the series this might not be everyones cup of tea and i whould recommend it to anyone who enjoy slow strategy games rather than RTS games like StarCraft and Age Of Empires.

I give it a solid 9/10 rating -IGN

And finally a quote from the game....

"Our men are running from the battlefield! Shameful display!”

I figured this game might be kinda hard to learn for new players :) so heres how to play Rust in 5 easy steps!!

1. Start the game & join a server.
2. Walk around for 1-5 minutes.
3. Get killed by som retarded naked cannibal player or an extremly rich pimp with guns.
4. Cry and think about what you did to deserve that kind of threatment.
5. Respawn and repeat.

So what's my opinion about the game ?
well it's overall a pretty solid game with much value for the money :) so im just going to summarize the pros & cons bellow

PROS:
+ Not CS GO
+ Few Russians
+ Option to get raped by highly detailed naked cannibals
+ People actually speak English

CONS:
- Community can be pretty cancer at times
- Poor optimization
- No naked females? i call sexist ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
