Normally its mat_phong 1 in Console Change it to mat_phong 0
Set Lunch Options:
Open up Steam ➪ Go to the Library ➪ Click Right on tf2
Click Properties ➪ Go to the Lunch Options and click Set Lunch Options
And Copy-Paste This: -high -nojoy-noipx-dxlevel 81 (It Changes The view,Reduce lag and Increase The Fps)
