Then join the Tunngle Server which is usually one of the Touhou rooms. The specific room will be distributed over annoucements and be avaliable in the event description.

Also make your character token through this http://www.rptools.net/index.php?page=tokentool , otherwise you'll end up with a mad gay picture of PK or something.

Once you join the room, all you need to do is open VD and select join game from the network tab. You would then need to copy and paste the IP of our glorious host (9/10 is knuckleman) into the target IP. Then just select a character name and enter your own username.

Then you can get in-game. Then the fun* begins.
