Broken computer..?

Today I started up my computer, nothing unusual. Then it started making a really loud BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Noise. Eventually, I got it stoped. Later when it actually started up it started to run the 'System Repair'. It eventually said ''The System could not be repaired automatically. It then said at the top ''If you have pluged in any Cameras or Media players to a USB, unplug and reboot your system'' So I unpluged a USB cord and a Xbox 360 Gamepad. It then started up normally.
