URGENT! HELP WANTED! 2nd Command rank open!

As posted before, the rank of MAJOR (MAJ) is the second in command rank for now. This position is OPEN. Unlike the regular infantry, or First Sergeants, this rank requires dedication, and a will to lead and inspire. A Major must be trustworthy, intelligent, and experienced with Mil-Spec terminology.

Honestly, for now, while I struggle to find members who will be active and want to participate at even the lowest of levels, the main thing I need a Major for is to be a second pair of eyes on the documents I'm drawing up. Maybe offer some advice, or criticisms. Having all of this on my plate at the moment, hoping to bring people in that enjoy community roleplay-ish groups, that will participate and give some feedback.

Until I get an applicant for the Major position, I'll GLADLY take volunteers that wouldn't mind helping me comb through some research I've got saved for future mission statements, and proof read the documents currently in progress. EASY stuff there. Just reading and interacting 1 on 1 for a few days, then I'll turn you loose with an Honorable mention or a Rank promotion if you desired it.

ONE other thing. to remain in the group AFTER the date of February 29th, 2016, All memebers MUST display rank in a uniformed manner, appended on the right. We may experiment, or take suggestions on Callsign identifiers if you all would like to debate it. Maybe have our 2/11 in there somewhere too. We'll see... for now I just need to keep trying to recruit people that will actually bother to read this stuff and reply.

I had it well over halfway done... highlighting things I'm working on, and really cool things I'd like to start getting serious community members onto. Talking about my inspiration, and how I want to inspire you all, and future recruits, and if I'm not doing that, your input and insight into how to develop this group into a TACTICL REALISM IMMERSION ENHANCEMENT is just really the basic and most important goal. So, when you stop here before logging into game, you get your eyes on what you would interpret as being important intelligence communiques, and updates about this or that from CO or other administration branches. I also, HAD the administration wing fleshed out, with a list of ALL open vacancies.... It got deleted, and I had spent a good FOUR HOURS on it...

Oh well, it's fun for me to create these for the page and have them look realistic, and add to your gameplay experience, and have an effect on the bonds we build with each other... You know?

Oh well, I'll be working on it tomorrow night when i finally get off work. That should be coming first, as well as the FINISHED, V1 (pre-vehicle) U.S. ARMY INFANTRY GUIDE TO ALL-OUT VICTORY IN 2016. From the Trenches to the Benches... Insurgency improvised warfare to multi-threaded joint-ops LEVEL 1 CO* PRIMER for VICTORY over DEATH. BRING THEM ALL HOME....

Preview my notes for the OFFICIAL structuring model doc to be released, hopefully tonight.
Hopefully with my progress on everything else, Next should be community guidelines, with some pretty in-depth explainations of the features that would be really cool to implement, IF we get the head-count and participation!

7250TTV, once our numbers reach a point where we can properly assign at least two fireteams, we'll start training in specialized roles. Of course, if we don't recruit enough people... no one's stopping you. Also, if you make a post where you expect a reply, please use the FORUM located on the DISCUSSION tab, so others may directly reply to the issue at hand and offer their perspectives and ideas.
