If Netease wasn't so awful with character balance the instead of the 3.5 patch for BP being upping Spirit Rend from 8 to 10 seconds which will do nothing. The patch note for BP would look like this.

1: - Remove the unnecessary 30 added bonus health from using Spirit Rend. (Dont need to explain why less heath is a needed nerf in this circumstance for when using this ability.)

2: - Spear throw keeps 6 second cool down and two charges. And Damage stays at 45. (Its fun throwing and tagging with the Spear. So the cool down stays low at 6)

But the blast radius of 5 meters has a 40% falloff at 3m. (Meaning anything hit/touched from the blast 3 meters and beyond will receive 27 damage. Making the accuracy of Spear Throw hits more important. This is standard blast radius stuff)

3: - Spinning Kick cool down of 8 seconds should be upped to 10.

4: - To make up for getting hit with the Nerf Bat. His Passive ability Panthers Cunning, where he gains 20% damage increase for having health lower then 100 should start in smaller increments way sooner to start gaining benefit. But that percentage is lowered to 15%

Starting from 250 heath. For every 5 health he loses he gains 1.5% damage increase. So at 200 health and lower he will gain 15% damage increase.
honestly this doesn't remove the glaring issue as most of the time his combo is near un-dodge able, imo his dashes should apply 50% of their damage as a delayed stacking debuff that hits them after lets say 2-3 seconds and applying more stacks doesn't do anything to the timer

Panther doing bleed damage over time would nerf him to much as his Support targets will just self heal.

As it is now Panther already does not kill with his combo pretty often, then whatever the case he has to flee away as everything he has is burned out on attacks.

Putting spell field damage on his spear of 40% after 3 meter is huge as most targets hit would never get the full damage from it. And in turn causing more opportunities to survive the combo as full damage from both Spear throws are necessary most the time for the combo to kill.

And adding 2 seconds to Spinning kick is just to damper against Panthers dive frequency and causing Vibrainum marks. Which would add up in costing Panther those prime dive moments here and there. Because 2 seconds is a lot of time in this game, and targets could be in one prime spot then 2 seconds later they are not.

Its not about nerfing Panther so he can't kill at all. But opening up the opportunity for the targets to survive the attacks.

Panther still needs to play as Panther..
