Sorry but that's not for you to decide, if a person wants to report piracy then that's their business and I see no reason why they shouldn't.
I don't know why no-one has said it yet but if you want to report piracy then report it to the publisher of the game in question.
Having said all that, it's been shown that pirates are often the biggest media buyers, it hasn't been shown that piracy actually costs publishers anything. I myself haven't pirated many games but the one I did pirate and play, I ended up paying full price for it in appreciation, so you shouldn't go jumping to conclusions about piracy.

Second of all on this case his talking about sites that sell pirated games, there clearly there to make money so I don't think there is much to ask about here
