having to wait through the whole restart mess after you need to restart each time is getting more and more frustrating
Thank you for your feedback. Powargrid uses a fixed camera standpoint (or multiple in a couple of missions). Both zooming out and horizontal camera movement would require a complete reworking of the campaign missions and the skirmish maps.
To make the restarting of missions quicker, you can always choose the dialogue option marked with an 'X' in stead of with '...' That will end the dialogue with Quod immediately. The time warp animation can be sped up by hitting space bar or by clicking anywhere on the screen.

Genneraly the game feels ok, but the dialog needs a update.
If I have 2/3 turns to set up freely due to the AI beeing passive (scripted) I want to KNOW about this. Not have to restart the level several times to learn arbitary stuff not visible on the map.
Dialog needs to tell you: Agression starts on turn 3.
Was stuck on the level where you fight a satelite dish (for the first time?).
I then had a good run and my allied managed to get the satelite to 0hp. But it did not die. I had lost all my dps at this point. Then my allied dies and I win, sort of, by death a few turns later.
Confusing at best. Not sure what was going on.
Allso that level can not be restarted. Confusion there as well.

Are you referring to a specific mission? I'm not sure it's logical if the dialog tells you things neither you nor your commander are supposed to know (i.e., the enemy's plans). We do try to give you a hint on what might be a good way to proceed, though, and perhaps we should add more explanation?

Looks like you hit a (very confusing) corner case in that mission, or a bug. You're not actually supposed to be able to get the bunker down to 0hp but if you do, you get an achievement... and you get new orders eventually.
It is entirely intended that you can't restart the mission though. You're up against something so powerful, it's even messing with the flow of time. Sometimes you have to lose in order to win..!
I don't want to spoil too much about that mission on the forum, but I think you may have found a bug. You did get the proper ending of the mission, but maybe you got there by the wrong route.

I'll go see if I can reproduce what happened, and if there is indeed a bug in the mission!
