fullscreen has border?

Must run in borderless mode to get a full screen window because when I run in fullscreen mode, the entire display including the Steam fps overlay appears inset like it's all running in a lower resolution and centered. All resolutions seem to do it. idk if it's a Steam problem or something with the game or Nvidia Windows 10 driver. Only other game I've seen do that recently is Project Zomboid btw, which just happened yesterday, which makes me think it just *may* be something on my system, somehow. At least I can get around it and still play by using borderless! Anyone else have similar issues?

nvm, the advice here by FuryoftheStars at https://steamcommunity.com/app/445220/discussions/3/1749024925638282347/
seems to have solved my issue, I just right-clicked my Avorion.exe, Properties, in Compatibility tab, Change high DPI settings, override high dpi scaling behavior by Application. I can now switch back to fullscreen no problem. Sorry for duplicate post, but at least it's solved.
