Is there a way to change a personal ship into an Alliance ship
When I formed an alliance with my friend we built him an Alliance ship, but i kept upgrading my starter ship, is there a way to convert that to an Alliance ship, or do I just need to bite the bullet and build a brand new ship?

far as I know you go to a shipyard and hit build to select the option, might be as simple as saving the ship, reclaiming it then rebuilding with alliance tag on
