To save messing about in game to change list, it is a lot easier to alter you games .ini files.
Go to file;
SteamLibrary > Steamapps > Common > Conan Exiles > ConanSandBox > Mods.
Make a copy of the mods list to keep them all safe in case you delete one by mistake.
On the notebook modlist simply cut and paste the mods. Each mod line starts with a *

You're missing the actual Less Building Placement Restrictions mod. The add-on is worthless without it.
Not sure if LBPR has to go after the various thrall mods you have also or not, might be fine where it's at once you add it.
Can someone please assist advise me if my mod order looks correct

Only one I can really notice right off the bat is LBPR. You should look at LBPRS workshop page again to see where your mistake is. You're close though.
I'm also not positive that you need both AoCs. Might not be necessary, should verify that.
More dancers for the dancers might be outdated. Not sure what the actual mod is called, but there are several of those types of mods that weren't updated for the mounts update in December that causes crashes and other issues.

The second is good to add for solo/2-player play. It adjusts HP levels of the main AoC pak. Our 2-player game uses it, to help make boss fights not last 2 hours =p

Honestly, for a new modder, you should look to reduce your mod list. It can be difficult to manage a very large mod list after patches, especially when you are new. I would take basically all of your weapon mods and removethem, for starters. There are already a ton of great new weapons that come with Emberlight and EEWA, which both are in your list.
You also are using many mods that haven't been updated in ages, which are red flags. These types of mods can and often do cause issues with the latest versions of the game. If you are going to use a mod that has an update date that is old, stick to modders who are clearly veterans, rather then modders who are "one and done."
Other thoughts.
Not needed, base game is already set for this. Not to mention Better Thralls has this covered in spades.
Not really needed after the next update.
Not really needed. Just use the vanilla Freezer boxes.
Not needed, in fact it should be removed. You are using Kerozards Paragon Leveling, which has a UI option to let you adjust the level yourself.
Not really needed. Just use what comes with Emberlight
As is mentioned numerous times on this thread you bumped, LBPR has a specific load order. On it's workshop page I listed what conditions are best for it, which are to place LBPR after ANY and ALL mods that add new buildings, placeables, thralls, or pets. Pickup+ should go after LBPR as well.
Not needed, vanilla legendary repair kits has this covered.
Here is a better alternative.

Since you are using LBPR already, here is a better alternative, which lets you set the speed of the elevator yourself.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1444947329
I don't really feel like this is needed. And considering that the mod was last updated in 2018, it's very out of date.
Better alternative ----->

Might be a good mod in the long run, but it's currently out of date. It also might be too hard for a new player.
Not needed, you are using Fashionist which can handle dye colors of warpaints better.
Needs to go early in your load order as the author overrides a weapon enum incorrectly that can cause a lot of mod conflicts. It's also a little redudent with both EEWA and Emberlight in your mod list.
I understand some players don't like the new dodge mechanics, but there isn't a single dodge modge on the workshop I would recommend. They all override essential Funcom assets that can and will cause major issues down the road with patches. Unless the mod author is a clear veteran who has shown evidence they will keep their stuff up to date, avoid all of those types of mods.
It's a server mod, you probably shouldn't be using this unless you are on the server.
You are already using EEWA, which has a much better magic system. And once again, this mod is very old, avoid those.
Don't use this one.
Alternative would be to use my add-on for LBPR, since you are using LBPR already. It has a configurable Elevator button so you can set the speed yourself.

If you add the LBPR AI - Add-On as suggested, you don't need this one either. The alternative Tier 3 Shrine that I add to the mod (which comes without a beam and without a map icon) uses the seductive pose for the Shrine.
Not really needed, you are already using Improved Quality of Life, which has it's own mini-map.
Not recommended. The only Stacksize mod I recommend out of the hundreds out there is Stacksize Plus, which adds a configurable utility.

Better Alternative, though I believe the Conan Sexiles already offers animation settings, so if that's the case, neither Better Entertainers or the recommended mod below is needed.

If you add the LBPR AI - Add-On as suggested, you don't really need this one either. My mod adds dyeable options as well as make the dyeable candles brighter too.
Not needed, you are using Emberlight and Pippi.
In summary, you can cut down on the mod size a bit by reducing overlap, and add some better alternatives. Everything else looks good.
