Do Vive Trackers (for belt, feet, etc.) work?

I have a Valve Index kit and I am thinking of buying a Valve Tracker for my belt. Will it work in SteamVR? Both Valve Index controllers plus the Vive tracker? What if I want to buy even others, for the feet for example? I've searched the forum and it seems some people are using it but I am not sure from the posts.

Yes, Vive trackers work. Just had a few hours in VRChat with full body tracking.

I know. I ended up buying them and writing an article in boilingsteam about that. I have full body tracking with 3 trackers and 3 bases.
