I am acctually going crazy(error 108) please help me

So I have a history of having this error , where it got to a point of me quitting vr . Now I’ve decided to boot it up after a while and too my surprise everything worked perfectly . Then out of nowhere my game froze and I got the same error and the same stuff as back then . I want to add that I adjusted the linse but I don’t think that plays a role because like my index should not break when I adjust it . I’ve tried so many things I’ve already forgot how many they are , is there anyone who knows himself good with this stuff who could help me ? I would appreciate it a lot
