Cant Launch Steam Vr, error code 109

So i found a old form i think that showed how to solve it but none of those option seem to work for me. I did add server and composer to navida settings. Theres no video on u tube also so im stumped. Me and my friends also get this problem

i have the same issue , about 3 weeks ago an update bricked both my valve indexes , i had to wait a few days for a hotfix to unbrick them , then about 6 days ago they bricked again from another update , and has not been fixed yet , same 109 error and display cable unplugged etc , i know its not the cables because they both were working fine until the update ,
