Those have all planets in with enemy SPRT stations to conquer on all Planets and Moons, also in space if you enabled all in from the world advanced settings.
+
No we can't have all the sceanrios added to a Star System world, well it can be done but needs to Blueprint all and paste all in a new world but the "missions" that comes in those scenarios will not follow.
___
That said, I recommend to try all custom worlds and test all advanced settings to find the ones you like the most.
I recommend to publish your Fav start on the Workshop once you found your Fav settings, this way you will never lose that Premade world and you will be able to download to start new everytime you want.
I have created a lot of Premade worlds like that, some are easy, some medium and some hard starts, here is one you may keep and use, it got my Fav world settings :

Edit
Also you will never have to setup your Fav settings again if published on the Workshop, just set Hidden for Perso use.
Is there a place where i can find more info in each scenario?
and also, any modded scenario you would recomend?
A lot have published YouTube videos of them doing the scenarios and you should find A Lot searching YouTube videos tho the important info for us to start a scenario is showing on the right side when we select a scenario + Info on screen once in-game that we must follow the steps in to complete the tasks.

I rarely play with Mods, well only when needed so I will not be good help to find the best Mods/the Mods you would like.
I recommend to try that premade scenario I have shared that will show you what can be done without using any of the scenario tools to create a cool short Story world.
It is a very immersive world where you will need you Engineer skills at making 2 specific ships to conquer all enemy Stations and Mines, read the item description the get started :

Don't use the scenarios... go two tabs to the right and select "Custom Game", then scroll all the way to the bottom and select the Star System map.
Then go to Advanced and ensure that the following are enabled:
Cargo ships - This provides random ships traveling nearby that you can attempt to take over. I only do this with SPRT (Space PiRaTe) faction ships since they're always hostile, but you can attack any of them (you just lose reputation with the owner faction while doing so). Some of these can be quite hostile with not only defensive weapons, but also with assistance from drones and gunships called in (if enabled).
Random Encounters - These are fun to explore and at least one has a fun Easter Egg. There are a bunch of different ones, most being wrecked or otherwise derelict ships or stations that typically have defenses similar to (or even more aggressive than) the Cargo Ships (eg: "Turret mines"). Most provide lots of resources. Some, you can even use as a parts source to make a quite respectable ship. Beware though, some are booby-trapped with warheads, or are just playing dead until you get close enough for them to take you out (the Imp is the fastest accelerating ship I've seen in the game, and well armed). At least one has absolutely no defenses at all though, and a very functional little ship as a bonus (complete with reactors, uranium, and hydrogen for its thrusters).
Enable Drones - You definitely want this one if you want combat. :) Someone posted a list of antenna names you can use to draw some in too, in case you want to just set up an attack arena area (not sure if that was Dan2D3D or Spaceman Spiff). I think it's in the Guides section (maybe one of them will see my message and chime in).
If you want random meteor showers (always comes from the direction of the Sun) that occasionally provide very small ore deposits, change the "Environment Hostility" option near the top. Planet players seem to hate this though, as it makes the ground like Swiss cheese, but it's handy if you need resources. Also, most (all?) turrets have a config option to target meteors (on by default, IIRC).
There's also planet based mobs like wolves and spiders than can be enabled, but I've heard they're not impressive (haven't encountered them, myself) and it doesn't sound like that's what you're looking for anyways.
If you want something really challenging: Start without a ship, just floating in your space suit. :) This is something Spaceman Spiff suggested a while back... I tried it, and love it! You basically have to wait for either a mayday signal or one of the cargo ships (hopefully it's not a military one) to pass through and take it over with nothing, but your hand tools. :) One of the best and easiest is the freighter... the turrets have a blind spot low in the front once you're close enough. I won't spoil anything beyond that. :) Nicely equipped ship too.
I hope this helps... if it's not what you're looking for, maybe it'll help someone else who stumbles across this thread. :)
Edit: Fixed one-character typo.
Edit 2: I totally forgot... I think "Enable Scripts" is off by default... I *think* you need to turn it on for all the ship defenses to work for the stuff I've described.
I suggest checking them out.
Modular encounters especialy as it offers a lot of options in there collections(links are in the mod page)

Beyond that i find the frostbite senario gave me weeks of combat, exploration, salvaging, minning and building.
But it isnt random like the mods so after several playthroughts you will know every location by heart.

Similarly, I've come across all, but 2 of these:
