Air horns not working

I've tried installing air horns on my truck and they are not sounding, no matter which button I key them to on my gamepad. Can someone please help? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you aren't binding horn instead of air horn?

keyboard default is "N" I believe. Try that and see what happens.

It's only air horns that are affected, as regular horns work when I try mapping them as well. I've tried the keyboard shortcut and that doesn't work either. Could it be a mod interfering or is it something else?

if you have mods, it definately could be one of them. They can cause all sorts of bizarre problems that would seem to have nothing to do with what they mod in game

Okay, once I finish my current job I'll have a play around and look at deleting one or two. I'm hoping it's one of the added truck mods which I no longer use...

It was a mod, it was one that adds extra customisation options such as extra lights and such. I might start a whole new profile with just a select few mods and leave it at that.

Rumor has it that most of the mod's will break when the 1.9 update come's out. I understand that Promod's is on top of it, not really to sure about the TSM People.

It's not any mod, Have you change to AIR horns in you Control settings. There are a choice where you can have Air horn or the other horn.

The air horns started working when I removed a certain mod. I don't have a WoT account yet but I'm seriously considering it if just for the ability to create custom plates. :P

I'm not big on mods anymore, the ones I have are the promod Scandanavia map, a small one which rebrands Majestic as Mercedes and one that adds a little more variety and colour to the standard wheels.

Mate TSM will be updated. Like it always has been.

yup, and Promod's isn't "on top of it" either. Their mod is going to break also.

Promod's is on top of it. It's on there website. I downloaded the new Promod's 1.52 and it was there in the forum about the new update that is coming.

what I should have said is that they are no more on top of it than tsm is. They are both aware that their mods are going to break with 1.9 and have to be updated. What was implied was that promods wouldn't break, only tsm would break.

If promod doesn't work with the new update, I might stop playing until they update it. Either that or I'll have to remove it and start all over again.
