If PasteBin is not available in your country, please use similar services such as http://rentry.co/. Mostly they work just like PasteBin.
To create a link to the content in PasteBin, just click "Create" button. Make sure you set your submission as public. After created, be sure to copy the link in the address bar into the clipboard.

Please do the same if you also asked to provide the content of game.crash.txt file.
Here some example of tool and web service you may try, although they are many others that provide the same functionality by finding them through search engine to suit your needs and your platform support.
An online service that provides ability to split file into several chunks by file size. They accept almost (if not all) kind of file, but this gives disadvantage where your log file will not truncated by line because source files are treated as binary.

Profile not working after game update?
Here's a little step by step guide that in the vast majority of cases will get your profile working again if things go haywire when major updates and changes come to the game.
Most issues and crashes are related to the contents of mods that are no longer supported (e.g. compatible) with the new game version. Things like mod trucks, trailers, accessories, amongst other things.
To get your profile in a working condition again, follow these steps:
1 - rollback to the game version where your mods still worked (the version that you just left when upgrading the game).
To do this, go to steam library -> rightclick game -> properties -> betas -> choose version.
note: this most likely will start a download for the old(er) version, let it finish 100%.
2 - when the download is done, start the game, activate the mods again if necessary, then continue career to see if things work again.
note: From here onwards, I'll just assume it won't crash because the mods should be compatible again at this point.
3 - while in the game, remove(sell) every single modded item you put in the game: vehicles, trailers, horns, light accessories, buildings, pedestrians, billboards, camels, polar bears, penguins, everything. no exceptions.
4 - after this little clean-up, go back to mod manager so that the clean-up of your game will be saved to your profile.
5 - in the mod manager, disable each and every single mod. all of them. again, no exceptions. yes, that one too.
6 - exit the game and go into steam library. we got some work to do here.
7 - rightclick the game -> properties -> betas -> choose opt out of all betas (e.g. come back to most recent game version).
8 - steam will start another download, this will be your new version. so let it finish 100%.
9 - just for double-checking purposes, after this download, rightclick the game -> properties -> installed files -> verify game integrity. same as with the download earlier, let it finish 100% to make sure all downloaded file are correct.
10 - after verification is done, start the game, DO NOT enable mods, just click Continue Career and see if things work now.
note: do one or two short jobs or quickjobs to verify if everything works correctly.
If things work again (and I assume they will), then things are up to you at this point.
If you want to use mods again, by all means, just keep in mind that it will be your own responsibility now.
When you do, make sure to check the following:
- game version compatibility (usually found in the mod description or the mod info text on the website you got it/them from). if no version is given, then assume the mod will not be compatible.
- make sure you download only from trusted mod sites (steam workshop being one example). 3rd party website are entirely your own risk and responsibility. ad-blockers and pop-up suppressors are highly recommended for this.
- keep in mind that when using the mod manager in the game, the mod manager DOES NOT check version compatibility unless the creator specifically built the mod to have this checked. it only enables or disables mods.
