Aside from that, some mods replace the yawning sound of your character when they are getting tired with a bleeping or ticking of a truck tachograph, to warn you that you are close to your driving hours. Are you using any mods which might be having that effect?
If neither of the above, you might have to give a little more info I'm afraid...
ps. If installing mods for the first time: After downloading it from the workshop you have to also activate them inside the game's main menu mod section.
Anyone that can record it in a video?
After a bit of research, I think they were added in with the 1.48 update, however they were an unlisted addition not mentioned in the patch notes. Perhaps they were intended as part of the big sound update released around that time, but weren't quite ready when the sound update went live, so were added afterwards without fanfare.
However if that doesn't seem to be the cause of the issue, then yes as Kaki said above, a video highlighting what you are hearing might be the best way forward, if you're able to record one.
you get a clicking/popping speeding alert although i can't see it being that..
