Mods don't work on 1.50

literally as soon as I turn on any mode, the sky turns pink and then I have to go back to the 1.49 version without mods to save and then go back to 1.50 and then it works normally again but without mods

Outdated mods need to be updated. That has always been the case.

If you activated those mods on 1.50, then you do not need to go back to 1.49.
It is enough to remove the mods and load a save game from prior using them......

You'll have to get in touch with the mod author and ask them to update their mods to work with the newer game version. It's their responsibility to keep their mod up to date.

They do work. I'm using about 80 atm.
It's actually the mods that you are using that aren't working.
You need to update them or if that's out just not use them.
Some mods you can sort by simply amending the .sii file as in my case, I'm still using Pendragons Volvo which hasn't been touched since Sept last year by simply updating the .sii file.
Others, which are locked, you will have to wait till modder updates but then they may never do it as they may not have the rime or, with respect, have had enough of them.
Don't forget most modders work is created for free and in their own time.
As a guide, with pink texture its usually graphic mods that cause it.

The mod manager may say that a mod works okay for 1.50, but you cannot trust this. It all depends on how the modder adjusts some settings in the mod code - it might be set to display that the mod is compatible, and the game trusts this and shows it as compatible, but in reality it is not and the modder needs to update it. So if when you say 'everything is updated' you mean that every mod says it is compatible in the mod manager, that can't really be a measure to judge by I'm afraid.

Try testing each mod one at a time on a new profile. Load it with one mod, see if it works, if it does add a second one, see if that works. If it does add a third, etc. That will let you know which mods are compatible and which are not.

Try changing the compatible version in the manifest file. If no luck, contact the mod maker.
