ETS2 mods are .scs files that go in the mod folder. They are compressed .rar usually when you download them and will need to uncompress them with a program suach as 7-zip.

Why would you go for an exe? Adding mods is simple enough, just drop the .scs file inside the Mod foler and activate the mods ingame.

how so? U only need to drop mods inside a folder, can't get much easier than that :D. But to answer your question. 99% of all mods i ever encountered never had an exe

Better learn quick on modding for ETS2, because those EXE's can have the potential to include adware or viruses. It is dirt simple to add mods to ETS2, and only takes 1 minute to learn, if that.
