The best is what you like most. Most powerful probably as above. For the last 10 to 15 years it has always been Scania and Volvo changing lead position on the horsepower ladder.

As said above, the most powerful trucks are objectively Scania and Volvo.

The 'best' truck is purely subjective, since all trucks can do any job in the game so there is no clear meta selection. My personal preference is the DAF XF Euro 6, followed by the Ovlov FH Modern, although I admit I haven't yet tried a few of the more recently added machinery.

Best truck depends on what you want. Check the stats on the upper left corner to optimize the truck to the desired role (Normal Cargo for efficiency, Hills Traversal for pulling power, etc.).

Most powerful in-game is Volvo FH. Has the most powerful engine* (3 550 Nm, 750 hp), and shortest (gear ratio) transmission (32.04-0.78, dif. 3.40).

*Scania's DC16 085A and Volvo's D17 engines are not in-game yet.
