The 'boss' player would not be able to look over the jobs of the other players, but they could pick a job to do themselves, and then all the others could select to join the same job and take the same trailer to the same destination.
You would all have your own individual bank accounts not a 'company' account, but you could buy the same trucks and paint them up the same way in order to look like you all work for the same outfit.
BTW, the best you can do is to use plugins to assign specific delivery for each "employee". But all the proceeding will still go to their own accounts.
Or simply just let them pick the jobs. Then nothing additional is required.
Idk something like a truck dispatcher but he does deliveries aswell. Money goes into 1 account and you buy upgrades and stuff for your friends and so on. When they make mistakes everyone sees it. Must create some funny moments
