Read all the notes and the latest comments - looks like some folk may be having problems with this mod - or it may just be a mod conflict with other mod(s). YMMV.
The car you'd seen is 100% not part of the game. It's likely you saw a video of TruckersMP, where that Skoda mod(+caravan) is used, or from someone who had installed the two mods independently of TruckersMP.
The reply wasn't nonsense nor underage in any way, just because it's not the answer you would like. If you know better, just use google instead of asking non sense questions.
You need a mod to have "the car" driveable. Period. There was no reason for your pretty rude reply to xFetusx' 100% correct answer.
Second, you tell us what you saw in videos... non official videos for sure.
Third, it's a mod, obviously. I've seen you might be able to drive a car in multiplayer, which is also a mod, non official content.
Fourth, Steam is not the best source to find stuff, far from it.
I personnaly go to the official SCS forum and youtube, with proper search terms, as "ETS2" + "version number of the game you play" + "what you want". Best working mods are usually reviewed, showed on youtube videos.
I do not know of this person, but I would expect that good content creators would put information and links to mods being used in the description below that video - under the 'show more' heading.
Mods are very often game version specific - there have been a lot of changes to audio in particular over the last few game versions that prevent audio working on 1.39 - so make sure any mod that you use is for the version of the game that you use.
Also pay attention to SCS info around new expected updates as these can cause problems with mods if you update to a newer game version. If you need to learn about handling and mod management then it is worth just asking as basic knowledge in advance can reduce panic and confusion when a mod causes issues Car mods from 1.38 or 1.37 may work without engine audio - they shouldn't actually crash a game.
