Most people that are paying for the parasite caste(which includes politicians), are the middle class.
The small procentage of rich people that don't know how to avoid paying taxes as well.
For the rich that pay none or small amount contribute in running businesses and providing jobs for the middle to poor that pay for your existence.
Now imagine these rich people moving somewhere else with their businesses.
Not only you will have more... competition and longer queues to your local welfare suppliers, but also less money you can steal from the middle class.
Think about it.

It's not only badly optimized from what i've heard, but also has Denuvo malware on top of that.
Of course it runs like clogged cloaka.
