stuck at chapter 5-1 premolition

Im currently stuck at chapter 5-1 premonition and need some help. ive done sos, almost all my optional quest and i just dont know what to do honestly. can someone help?

Stuck in that you cant get passed it, or stuck as in the game is being weird. You have to be hunter rank 30 to progress.

The only thing I'm seeing is that you have to talk to Olivia to progress one you're right around HR 31

I'm assuming you havent fought Jin Dahaad HR yet then?

Have you tried talking to Olivia? The next set in the mission is to talk to Nata in the Oilwell basin, but you should have a summons for her, she will either be in the icesahrd cliffs or back at the planes in that one main tent I thought

Or maybe shes at the ruins of wyveria, based on the 3rd sequence in the questline

tried that didnt work. the quest says to investigate the area and raise youre hr but im at the cp hr and ive been doing hr quest al this time and nothing

Its been a while since I did 5-1. But the only thing I can think of is to check your world map and look for that red cross indicating an objective (I wish I could upload screenshots).

Try going back and completing the 4-3 questline by helping someone with their sos where you fight Tempered lala and guardian fulgur.

You might have to just do a couple of SOS quests and SOS/Repeat optionals to get more experience, from what I've read with 5-1 specifically is that there is an invisible progress bar. (They maybe weren't expecting you to do every side quest as well as SOS alot before you unlocked your next HR Cap)

Completing around 8 Optional Quests should be enough to fulfill the requirement.
Side Missions also grant a large amount of HR points and can help complete the mission faster.
Capcom also acknowledged that the mission description was not very clear and apologized for the confusion. So, if you were stuck on Chapter 5-1, try running a few Optional or Side Missions to progress.

Did that initially and didn't work. I've been soft locked before the update released.

He had to do 3 more optionals to get it to unlock.

Also there is this too explaining the same issue you are having (hopefully you dont have to actually mod the game to get it to progress like 1 guy in there did)

Someone just did a quest in a friends lobby and progressed it, and some other people did a 6* tempered hunt to fix it

complete all your optional and side missions, this is a known bug/problem. If you're doing it on multiplayer then you need to be the host of the mission.
