Was just playing RISE and fought it. Can't wait to see a bigger and more improved version.

How is it ruined exactly? The part of the soundtrack we can clearly hear in the trailer sound fairly similar.

Its basically became unrecognizable because they got rid of all the asian instruments.

Wilds version is toned down a bit more and sounds more grounded and thematically similar to the tracks we already have.

Generations version was bound to be far more off the wall and eastern sounding because the game itself has a lot more blatant eastern inspiration and generations was always meant to be this action focused love letter to the entirety of the series up to that point.

Mizutsune is incredibly popular in Japan if not the most popular monster.
The fact that they removed eastern motiffs in the music theme is ridiculous because his popularity in Asia is pretty much the only reason they're adding him and not some other monster.

I think the funniest thing about this is that the japanese players didn't even noticed/cared about it. Most of them are either complaining about performance issues or asking where's Gammoth.

This is the only comment i saw talking about the BGM but it's not even an complaining.

I honestly expected music to have a lot of arab influence since Forbidden lands is clearly an arab-themed area but instead we got some lifeless boring as hell toned down background "epic orchestra" music.
I guess capcom composers just lack talent or they just let AI write everything, I don't know.
I mean the story also feels like its written by AI, can I be wrong?

capcom would do anything as their western consultans would command.
