Crash on startup since last hour

Ran fine for 2 days now, no problem. Closed it a couple hours ago and now it keeps crashing on startup.
Was there a patch that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the game in the last hour?

I had this issue. It would try to launch the game. Then insta crash. All I did was unplug my xbox controller from my pc. Then boom. no more crashing. like WTF? HOW? It makes no sense.

My brother fixed this issue by rebooting his PC. Maybe there is some process or service that crashed and prevents things from running properly. Wild guess.

32gb of ram just to crash on startup. Beta worked perfectly fine on my PC and now im not even making it to the title screen. Great launch Capcom

i crashed a few times when i entered a lobby. i then chose private lobby. this fixed me crashing straight way. I think theres too many problems with the lobbies and connecting to others players when going on a hunt.

I'm having the same issue today. I played for almost 10 hours yesterday no issue. Now when I try to open the game this morning it crashes before reaching the main menu every time and makes a crash report.

I think I've tried about 15 to 20 different solutions found from different youtube videos or the troubleshooting page and nothing has worked :/

You using a bad PC is a You problem - not the game's fault.

Non-stop crashes here as well. High end PC running a 4090. It is not a hardware or driver issue.....

Update:
Verified game files and it worked a couple hours ago. Closed the game to take care of some errands. Came back now, crash on start up. Verifying did nothing.

Edit: 5900X, 3080Ti, 64Gb Ram, Installed on an M.2 (Not that it seems to matter)

I installed MH Wilds and the latest NVidia driver for it and now my PC won’t boot entirely. Trying to figure out if this is at all related or just coincidence.

I've seen alot of issues with the game not booting and/or other shenanigans but i've yet to see the game brick the whole PC. In your care i'd lean towards a you issue for now
