Dealing with all the armchair critics, FPS cry babies, and YouTube dorks, honestly, I'm exhausted.

I am willing to be that NONE of you know a lick about how any of this tech works. I'm sitting here getting blown away that both monster and hunter get sand particles on them when fighting in the desert and you're crying you can't get 100 frames in a *cinematic, largely single player, non competitive game*. I'm amazed by how many moving parts some of the monsters have. The animations of the new attacks are spectacular. The level of detail with environmental effects, plants swaying, fabrics moving, oh but wah wah, the DLSS makes it look blurry in a few frames, waaah the anti-aliasing makes it have the screen door effect in a totally unnoticeable part of the experience. BOooo hooo hoo I can't get 120 frames at 4K without getting a 50XX. TT_TT

You're crying you can't run ultra-max settings when your CPU is still 7th generation and your GPU is from 2020.

You're upset you have to upgrade or wait for a driver or a patch.

You're upset your PC is being outperformed by a PS5 Pro.

Unbelievably stupid takes from people with no industry experience, no understanding of the complexity this graphics tech is demanding from your computer. It's all entitlement and no humility whatsoever. The fact it can run on a 3060 at all is a testament that it is, in fact, optimized. Lower your resolution, lower your settings, and maybe, just maybe, be a little patient with yourself to get better gear.

The game is FUN and the art direction is amazing. Gamers are effing entitled.

None of this is as strong an argument ad you think it is. You write a whole lot of nothing, just to protect your precious little gaming company.

Learn how graphics work, how the texture streaming issues in this game indicate a fundamental flaw in the engine, and then come back. I have a stronger GPU than yours (4070 TI) and a beefy gaming CPU (7800X3D) and guess what? The game runs pathetically bad. No amount of pseudo-proof from your side invalidates the horrendous performance issues people are having, or that this game is in a pitiful technical state.

So maybe, just maybe, have some self respect and actual standards and expect multi million dollar companies to do better.

You can run most modern games at 4k 60 fps medium settings with a 3060 (i know it for a fact because i do) and you're here glazing capcom over the fact that it can maybe run this game at 1080p with DLSS settings so aggresive it transports you back into early 7th gen.

Hey, i'm on a 4090 and 13900k, im playing the game fully maxed out and it looks really bad for the way it performs. for example i can play cyberpunk with full path tracing with a lot better fps and way more stable.

Its a blurry unoptimized game right now. I can run the RE4 Remake perfectly fine with high graphic settings, but this, a game that looks much worse, runs awfully

funny or should i say crazy considering that this y2025 game needs y2024/25 topend hardware to perform equal to worse while looking worse at the same time

the y2018 game forza horizon 4 on a y2012 cpu (ivy bridge i7 3770/xeon e3 1230 v2) with y2016 gpu (gtx 1070 "pascal" or similar)
with around 1/3 of available hardware "firepower"
similar with fh5

I was playing a bit of Deus Ex Mankind Divided yesterday, and I noticed the game that came out in 2016 looks WAY better than this game. At least the environments do. I know this is an open world game, but that game runs WAY better while looking better.

I feel like we've lost something along the way in the pursuit of realistic graphics. We've gone so far into the realm of diminishing returns so quickly.
