If you preloaded wilds its still "decrypted" in a size of 0 Bytes. Its definetly not at fault.
If an issue happens there, all what will happen is that your Wilds install has to be repaired on release.
I restare my PC 2 time but problemi still remain.
I don't know what could be happened in less than an hour...
I ask this as I have known Windows machines to struggle due to Virtual Memory/Page File not having the space it needs.
Yeah, almost like it's actually not what's happening at all! Fancy that......
So the game isn't running, so claiming it's impacting your performance is...telling...
But, there is actually something to it, and you'll kick yourself. So I'll drop the trolling. Slightly.
Remind me again how much free space you have on that drive, assuming you've installed it on the same one, or on the same drive as your OS?
You...do have over 100GB left on the drive, right?
....Right?
My specs are not the problems, I'm sure.
My PC have less that an year, 1 tera SSD (70% free space), RAM, MB, and other components aren't "cheap"/unknow indian productor, it was build with love
So I don't know what is it...
It has nothing to do with files that are just stored on your disk. They are not running. They are not taking any processing. They are just dead files.
How much free storage do you have left on the drive?
Do not make me break out the caps lock. I'm at a limit of stupidity already tonight.
So, either something else happened, or the drive you prealoaded to is failing and the preload just made it worse. (Assuming BMW and MHWilds are on the same drive.)
Edit: If you test the drive and find no issues, then check windows event logs for other things that happened during that time, because I refuse to believe the preload is at fault.
I'm not native language so my wnglish probably is bad, but If you are able to read I wrote that I have 1 TB SSD, 70% free space, so at least 700 GB are FREE SPACE.
Since there's non yet, you cant do that.
Steam always installs games properly on first click of play.
Then either there is something else running, or you're skipping something. Because there's nothing actually running in the files you've preloaded. Anti cheats do not run on a system if the game they're tied to is not running, either.
Hence, this has nothing to do with the preload, and if you seriously think otherwise, just delete it regardless.
Unless you leave something running you shouldn't. Actually, no that's a fair point.
Do a virus scan.
