How likely are mods for this game going to be ?
With the addition of DRM's like denuvo to this title , will mods still be made and usable without issue ? I generally like mods because they allow me to change things in the game that i find tedious and unfun and also fix issues sometimes .

Denuvo is a DRM, not an anti-cheat.

There are numerous titles with denuvo that have healthy modding communities.

It's not going to stop much of anything. I say this as someone who's made mods for Rise, while it still had Denuvo, and I've already got some prepped and ready to go (like removing crafting requirements on layered armor, etc).

You'll have to wait for REFramework to update, and that's about it. (Which might not take too long considering it was already updated to work with the beta/benchmark.)

Rise had denuvo and mods were aplenty.

This isn't really necessarily anymore for mods. Given the stated changed which are any high rank armour crafted will automatically give you a layered armour of it to wear now.

I more just made it as part of a general "no crafting requirements" mod back when there was only the beta, and will just turn off what's not needed once I have an actual crafting system to test it on.

Seems that mods will be needed for layered weapons, very confusing for them to not include it in base game by now, as they seem to add later like Worlds / Rise.

Since inventory is saved on the server, if you cheat prepare to only play on cheater servers.

A network beta having items saved on the server is not reflective of how the actual release will be. There's basically a zero percent chance of it functioning like that on release.

No. No it isn't. What did you get that idea? The game works completely offline if you want.
And before you say the beta, no, the items were local. You could tweak them in mem without issue and I have done so.

I mean define ''cheat'' , im not looking to go around 1 shotting bosses or having infinite heals

There is no offline mode, There is only "Online Singleplayer Mode".

There is offline mode. It's called either firewall the game or run Steam in offline mode.

Literally doesn't work, if you can't connect the game just resets.

That was the beta, not the full release, and it's never worked that way in Rise/World, I doubt it's any different here. So either you somehow got a review copy and know that for a fact, or you're talking ♥♥♥♥.
Items exist locally. You can change their numbers, save, quit, restart the game, and see the numbers stay exactly as you set this. I have literally done exactly this in the beta. It works. It's not online only.
