why cant i pre-load the game???

is steam seriously scamming paying customers? i bought this game here for full price because i wanted to be 100% sure that i could pre-download the game before release, yet i cant do that!!! theyre literally adverstising that you can preload the game but i cant do it wtf

Game doesn't release until Friday Eastern Time, pre-loads are usually no more than a couple days before that. It's only Sunday so take some time to get fresh air and sunlight
