Did you get walled by any monsters in this game?
I remember in World, some occasional walls for a new player was Anjanath, Odogaron, and then the final elder dragons + nergigante. But I haven't felt like I've had a troublesome experience with any creatures in this game; few faints here and there sure but no full wipes yet.
Pretty much only thinking of Arkveld and Gore Magala for potential walls since they've been making me sweat a little.

Initially Jin in HR and then Gore. I wasn't stuck on them for too long though.
Both versions of Doshaguma proved to be the only real threats I faced.

No.

usually once you have experience, you stop getting walls.

I join tons of sos just to help people out, and the quest I see failed the most often are the zoh shia, jin dahaad, nu udra, uth duna and gore magala. Runner ups for most fails ive seen are Ray dau, Arkveld, Nerscylla and Quematrice... Yes, Quematrice.

The monsters do not matter that much. More what weapons the hunters are using and their overall experience.

No walls, a few steep climbs though. Tempered Arkvelds can be a coin toss for me

focus mode and seikret turn walls into speed bumps

yes, but those with out experience seem to be struggling most often with these monsters in all the runs ive done.
Had no walls at all, i failed Jin Dahaad twice but besides that never failed another quest.

Near rank 80 R6-Temp Gore was handing me a new one with multiple one shots.
I finally went looking for an answer and noticed hitting the R button on the controller while at Emma opened an entire new page of armor. Heh
Things got real easy after that.
Couple of times I've brain farted forgetting no cat when with 3 or more ppl and not keeping an eye on my HP bar. Though that's me walling myself twice..

I can't imagine actually being walled by Anjanath. It is basically just free materials roaming the forest. I'd captured about 5 of them before the game even gave me the quest for them.
Then I remember in Rise the moveset was slightly expanded, but its entire body was one huge Shot WEX-zone. Poor Anjanath is just a snotty dinosaur who never amounted to another.
The Anjanath in World walled me hard
go back and play world again

How? They practically die if you so much as look at them funny.
Or are you talking about the annoying way you go looking for them, push through some vines and immediately find snot-dino right there going the other way? That happened surprisingly often. Doesn't hurt, but it is kinda annoying to be shoved out of the way.
