For my local, it's about 20% more expensive than Dragon Age Veilguard.
Fun facts:
- Did you know that the CAD is only worth $0.72 for every US $1?
- Did you know that sales tax in the US is between 4% and 7%, while in Canada it's 13%?
Huh, I checked the conversion of $70 usd to cad and its $97. Is the canadian price 97 with tax? Either way it's cheaper there than here in the us when taking the actual dollar value into account.
Call of Duty - Black Ops 6 - $89 (Cad)
Dragon Age - $79
Space Marine 2 -- $79
EA Sports FC 25 - $89
What exactly justifies the $97 price compared to these.
Helldivers 2 is $50 so i dunno i think HD2 is more for your money.
Inflation.
I dunno about in Canada, but here in America we had people DEMANDING $15 an hour to flip burgers. Some states cave to pressure and now McDonald's workers are getting $15 an hour. It's only going up since these same folks are now DEMANDING $20 an hour to keep up with inflation. Now everything goes up: food, utilities, rent, insurance, and yes, even video games!
Why does anybody expect video games to stay the same price when McD's workers are getting $20 an hour?
so explain to me why inflation increases the prices of digital currency like what epic games did with vbucks, how does inflation make a digital currency that can only be used on one game that forces it to increase in price when the company can make an infinite number of them?
