MH Wilds isn't an MMO at all but it sounds like it might have some features of one, such as being open world and seeing other players in the same session doing their own stuff in the same maps with you. there is no doubt it'll have fully offline and solo options the same as other titles in the series, these aren't live service games, they are normal video games that you play, finish, and put down again. unlike mmos, the multiplayer is the optional part
Folks say that if you get help in multiplayer then you didn't truly beat the game. I have to agree with them.
