It did indeed, but being able to skip cutscenes should have been a basic feature, even story heavy games let you do it, i still have no idea why they decided not letting you skip them in world was ever a good idea.

at least they learned a lesson if it's true. it will make going through with other characters a lot less anoying.

You can't be this lost, skipping cutscenes is a NORMAL feature for almost every game out there, they only NOW decided to do something every other game does. this wasn't "taken from rise" this is a reach, LMAO. anything to pretend like that game actually was good.

this is sad.

As for the topic, i am glad they decided to catch to the times and do something normal.

You both realize thst the reason why we're finally getting cutscene skips is because World failed in doing so while Rise, out of all the previous MH series from Solo to Multiplayer, finally has skip cutscenes?

And no, it was not normal for the MH franchise to skip these cutscenes UNTIL Rise, which is literally FIVE, (TEN if you include the expansions/full versions of the game) iterations of the game.

I am not talking about other games, I am talking about the MH series themselves.

The ONLY time you're able to skip cutscenes were ONLY the multiplayer ones from the old games.
If you ever wanted to skip the story part of the game, you could NEVER skip anything.

Poor fools can't read that Rise was the FIRST one to bring in the skippable cutscenes in THE MONSTER HUNTER FRANCHISE, not the gaming industry

The only reason I haven't played any new monster hunter games was because in world it had unskippable cutscenes... Didn't know it could be skipped now... I might actually buy this as long as it does not support any stupid english VA that keeps ranting on about their stupid politics... I just hope they all get removed from the industry... I just want good games not propaganda shoved down my throat....
