What's are giving the different money?
I try to remember the way of the money in this game, you have the usual cap the people use for money, you have the NCR money, and you have the legion money,

i try to remember where i can use it, but i have a blank, i don't remember if i can use the NCR money in some special place or if the only thing i can make it's just change it for the cap, i don't think they have market or marchand they use only NCR money or legion money, and i don't remember if they have all the same change rate in all place...

if someone can say if they have special place they use this or this money, i remember only the casino use all the money, but they give less for other money they are not caps, but i try to find this special market to spend my money because i don't want exchange it for the half of her price, but the problem it's i have too much money and i don't know where to spend it...

Well, the difference in worth is always going to be set at what it is..If I get legion or NCR money, I just sell it for what it is worth in caps..I just use it in trading..nothing much more to it than that. It is worth what it is worth. No point keeping it, may as well use it as money...

You can cash in legion and NCR money for casino caps, or when selling go to your main inventory screen, where the NCR money should be at the top and the legion down some. Legion and NCR don't show up in the misc inventory for some reason while selling.

ummm, so it's give nothing to keep it and if i use it i lost the half of her normal price...,

but i don't need this money, i have already enought money to buy all New Vegas, so i think i will keep this for decoration in my house, i think it's can be funny to put all this money in a showroom in my house and looking all this money on the ground Ha Ha Ha

The only uses for Legion gold and NCR paper money is buying chips at the casinos or just trading them for caps. Both have terrible exchange rates, explained in dialogue.

it's bad they have not extended this way more to reflet some realistic thing, like when you buy something in city controled by NCR her money have more value than the caps or thing like this to make people using more her money, or making the Ceasar money have no value in city controled by the NCR, ect...

Yeah, that would have been interesting. I'm guesing they would've implemented something like that had they been given more development time. More Legion content on the other side of the river, etc.

Yes, the thing i have view on this it's they have can put the old paper money for the vegas place and it's surronding, because the strip try to keep the old living thing,

giving the Ceasar money to the NRC, with a face of family and some writing on it like "NCR for liberty", like her publicity or like the american money in the real world they say "in god we trust", even if they have never view this god...

and for final, giving the caps to Ceasar bacause they are a barbarian and no technology to make money, ect..., but perharp we view this on a next version of fallout...

The paper money isn't old, its the new NCR currency. Only McCarran and other NCR outposts would really use it in the Mojave.

Legion money is gold, so it has some value to everyone.

Caps are still used as the primary currency across the Western wasteland, as McLafferty says. Cap manufacturing is regulated, so that means caps are still valuable.

Oh right, the Pre-War money item. Didn't realize you might have meant that.

McLafferty pays you to shut down the cap printing operation at the bottle plant, remember? They don't want to increase the circulating amount of caps, to keep the economy balanced. Inflation and all that.

Legion money can also be used for making shotgun ammo.

Ulysses being a companion in the main game instead of the primary antagonist of Lonesome Road...

That's my favorite use for it - and I give it back to them in spades. The only pain is that you have to trade in your casino chips for it in 96-chip increments to get the deniari, since you can't make the aurei into shot.

Actually the standards exchange rate between money doesn't bother me... both sides use caps and NCR money, and legion money is gold wich in a linked small-scale economy (wich actually is) wouldn't have much variation.
The didsturbing one is pre-war money wich has no more refferent, makes little sense.
meh, who uses money anyway? I always have a crap load of cigarettes to pay with.
It`s a good thing I don`t have the smoking mod installed, or else I`d burn away my "money". xD
