how do i leave big mountain

will someone please help me ive been wandering around this place doing all theese missions but have no idea what i have to do to get out please tell me which quest and what to do thx

Press tab and open the map.

You follow the quest line given by the Think Tank: you collect three items (antennae, stealth suit, sonic emitter upgrade), go to the forbidden zone, get your brain back, then go home.
Not to mention that the game has flashy arrows pointing you to the right direction if you select a quest in the PipBoy, so it's almost impossible to get lost, ever. Just follow the markers and you'll be fine.

The Big MT questline needs to be completed. Once you're given the transportalponder you can go back to the Mojave

Once you've completed the quest "Old World Blues", this should have given you a gun named "Big Mountain Transportalponder!". Equip and fire it; it will teleport you back to the Mojave. Alternatively you could give the gun to yourself using commands / cheats. Its form ID is xx00E1B0 (xx depending on the DLCs loaded).
