Imitation Strange Meat Pie - Won't cook??

Seriously need some help on this one. I'm doing the White Glove Society quest and I want to make the imitation strange meat pie to expose Mortimer with but even though I have the Survival check AND the recipe whenever I click on the oven to cook the meat, it does nothing. Someone have any ideas?! It would be a huge help!!

I have tried the pan. And the pot. Neither of those work either. It's weird because it comes up with the action dialogue "E) Cook" so I know it's at least registering the objects, but when I hit E it makes that sound like there's nothing there for it to do. But, like I said, I have met all of the requirements, so I'm not sure what's going wrong in there. :-/

If you don't pick the dialog option when speaking to Chauncey asking about "other suggestions for freeing Ted" you will NOT get the additional option to prepare the fake meal to oust Mortimer. The oven will not be accessible to make the fake strange meat pies and you will not be able to call down the Head Waiter to pick up the fake strange meat pies. The only options left will be to kill everyone on your way out or drug the wine to sneak past.

You learn something new everyday. Old habits from RPGs just make me want to pick every single dialogue option.

>_< Awesome. I could have sworn I had exhausted all dialogue options, but I guess I missed something.
Thanks so much for your help everyone! I was beginning to worry there was a bug. Glad to know it's just user error, lol.
