Wut just happened to my game?
I really don't know where to begin at the weird glitchy spazzy atrocity my game has suddenly become, So I'll go by chronological order.

(I'm pretty sure I broke my game)

I was at the strip,
I just did some gambling, won a few matches of card games, etc.
Went to the strip club, gambled, bought some supplies, and walk out and suddenly I see a securitron chasing a hooker that was dancing around, and kills her. By the way, she's completly glitched. Right when she died, she went into this disturbing distorded...Position...And emited a death noise.
Then the securitron says "HOMOCIDE DETECTED!"
I blankly stare at it and suddenly "The strip north gate infamy gained!" Appears on my screen
and then it starts shooting me with lasers!
Then suddenly other securitrons start coming from the other gates and sides of the strip trying to kill me with rockets, bullets, lasers, etc.
I manage to kill some, but their death animations and ragdolling doesn't happen, they freeze in place with their limbs in weird distorted areas...
I have no idea what just happened...
And it seems to happen no matter what.
I've tried save-loading, I've tried leaving, waiting, and returning.
I have no clue how to fix this weird error.
Help?

Edit: The NCR troopers are acting like that, too and I have great reputation with them, but everything on the strip is trying to kill me.

This appears to be physics engine issue/mods conflicting.

This must be a HUGE issue, everything is spazzy.

But I don't have any actual physics mods except for an animation mod (not sure animation can distort my game so awfully) I downloaded a few months ago that never did anything.
And still, it doesn't help everything in the game killing me for no reason.

A mod is conflcting which is causing this, and the weird arms could be the animation mod, you might have forgotten to download something. Heck, maybe it's the animation mod and another mod that are conflicting.

Also, I've seen issues like this, but not this bad. I just verified my game cache and it fixed it for me.

Yet again, I have no physics mods, and the animation mod has done nothing.
I have downloaded 4 mods and they haven't done anything at all to my game.
I'm only just now receiving 100% grade A fallout ball trippage.

Hmm.
Mind giving me a mod list?

theres also the infamous spinning head glitch which is fixed by playing with your settings. I'd try that too. regardless of the HOMOCIDE. are you wearing a disguise?

This isn't that glitch though. It's messing with all the animations and the ragdoll/body physics. I had a similar issue a while back but it only affected all canines.

Mod list:
TheLozza's Gas masks around the world,
Imrovised PPSH,
Mosin nagant,
And AnT, an animation mod.
(which doesn't work, I installed it incorrectly causing it to never actually appear in game and I refuse to redo the entire process, too much time.)

And no, I was wearing a benny suit, and one of the gas masks from my mod.

You only have that few? Eh, just to be safe. Remove the animation mod completely and verify the game cache, or make your Fallout vanilla again.

Just deleted the animation mod, Let's see how it goes.

Didn't work.
There are still huge amounts of ball trippage in my game.

Animation mods if they use an ESP/ESM are almost guaranteed to overwrite basic physics settings. The fact that the engine was never meatnt to support physics and that Havok is a colossal piece of *beep* that never really worked properly in the past 15 or so years combined makes the physics in
TESIV/FO3/FNV wonky at best, and messing around them usually leads to catastrophes.
Add in that creating any sort of animation that doesn't turn models into Silent Hill-type monstrocities is an extremely difficult job (this is why there are so few animation mods, and lots of them are pin-up poses or idle ones, not related to actual movement) to create a good recipe for disaster.

In short: that failed animation mod install almost surely messed up the physics settings in your game, and that is saved in the save file. Heck, probably in some of the XML/INI files too. You may need to wipe and reinstall/remod and delete these saves.
