Remnant armor not showing up.

My remnant armor is not appearing and neither are the dead bodies around that location. I have tried reloading and checking file integrity but nothing is working, is there another way to fix this ?

The one in the deathclaw area? It's quite deep in their territory, are you 100% sure you are at the right place?

I got my Remnant armor from Daisy. Didn't know there was another available set.

Ah, I see it now in the wiki. From the notes: "Waiting some hours (a safe distance away and returning) can reload the map cell allowing the bodies (and the deathclaws) to appear."

Yeah, I even turned off collision and went over the land scape piece by piece to make sure.

I know I also heard something about maybe needing Arcade to get the armor but I wasn't sure

If you do the Arcade Gannon questline, you will eventually get your own set. But you need to build up points with him and then activate certain storyline events before he will give you the quest to reunite the Remnant.

You get the armour before the end fight. The only advantage is that it has a helmet, unlike the one on the river bank. And if you chose the right options regarding Arcade, you immediately get a better power armour right after that.

Shes a retired vertibird pilot that lives in Novac thats part of a quest for Arcade Gannon. She keeps to herself and only leaves her room in the motel to stare out into the wasteland from the upstairs balcony. She lives in the top right room of the motel. You need to work through Arcades companion quest for her old armor.
