Seeing joshua graham without his headwrap

I started a new play through with the game after a few months and during honest hearts when i make it to joshua, he's not wearing his headwrap for some reason. I've modded the game with various mods and such but this has never happened before. I tried using console commands to get him to equip one but it's still not appearing on him. Also tried removing all mods before first entering cave to see him and he's still not wearing it. Any reason why this would happen?

One of the mods is overwriting his inventory. Hard to tell which, even if you supply a list.

You were right, the mod mission mojave was the culprit. It prevented the headwrap from existing. Did the console commands thing again and this time it worked. Thanks

Well, you're not supposed to see him without the headwrap, so obviously they aren't gonna make a unique and detailed face you will never see. Similar to Ulysses in Lonesome road, whose unique face is actually part of his mask as a headgear item.

You can remove it yourself by using "showinventory" and then "removeitem 1 -insert ID of headwrap here-" in the console :^)
