Boat to Dry Wells Not Spawning

Hello,

Today I decided to sit down and play Fallout again, after the fallout 4 announcement. I noticed I hadn't travelled to the Dry Wells yet (I bombed Caesar), so decided to go.

Unfortunately, the red boat on the shore of Cottonwood Cove is not there. There are the three, upside-down boats but not the red one that's used to travel.

I noticed my expansion packs were not active so I reset the game and activated them, but still no boat!

Did I seriously bug something up? is there a fix? Any input would be helpful, thanks

So… you bombed the Legion camp in LR, but after that LR got deactivated?
because if yes, then the boat will never spawn since the DLC associated with the flag to spawn it got removed, along with said flag from your save file.

It's weird though, because I sitll had all of my loot from LR. The map markers were still there, and I was even able to access the area on the map.. I guess I'll restart the campaign! Been meaning to play through with the Legion anyway

Items and map markers are a different kind of breed. But deactivating a plug-in in the middle of a quest (and before you go there, the boat to Dry Wells is a hidden quest) usually leads to that quest resetting or doing very weird stuff. This is probably partly the reason all DLCs get force-loaded in with Ultimate Edition, even if they are unchecked.
