G.I. Blues bug
I'm trying to do the mission where you try to find out if the guard Orris is doing any suspicious behavior. Once I hire him and he enters from Freeside's North Square [basically I am in the square where the entrance to The Strip is, Atomic Wrangler, etc.], Orris gets stuck in the chainlink fence at the entrance to this square. Is there anyway to get him unstuck, or should I use console commands to skip to the next phase of the mission? Or is there anyway to attack Orris to get him to move, then use console to get rid of his hostility?

Open the command consoles.
Click on Orris
Type "moveto player"
Hit enter

To make him non-hostile, if you want, click on him and type "Setav aggression 0"

There you go.

I tried moving him to me but he's just sort of squatting there and still won't move at all. If I attack him and then make him non-hostile he just goes back to being hostile again.
Try "Player.setstage 0010e196 30"
Thanks. I think I realized what was wrong. I have the Nevada Skies mod installed and it has dust storms as one of the weather conditions. One thing I didn't understand was that during dust/sandstorms everyone crouches and there was one going on right when I was doing this mission. Thanks for your help though

Hey guys, I'm getting a different bug (I think) on this mission. When I try to talk to Roy, he's not responsive. I pressed E to talk to him a number of times and nothing happens...

Any ideas?

Try Player.setstage "0010e196 65"

It tells me item '0010e196 65' not found for parameter quest.

Just 'setstage'. You don't need the "player." prefix for quest manipulation.

Instead of skipping the entire section of the quest with the above command, you should be able to get Roy to talk if the following conditions are set

setstage "10e196" 30
(^this alone may be enough as it triggers his AI package and the quest objectives)

setObjectiveCompleted "10e196" 60 0
setObjectiveDisplayed "10e196" 60 1
(these will likely already be set at this point, but I'll put them here just in case)

set "10e196".Roystate to 0
set "11365d".TellWayneToTalk to 0
(these should already be set correctly, but I'll leave them here anyway)

Thanks guys, after I went back to try again, he was up and I was able to talk to him...

But now running into another issue on the strip, I killed Caleb McCaffery, but after taking everything from him, his hat remains on his head, so I can't finish "Debt Collector"...

Any ideas on this issue?
