NCR or Legion?

Which should I side with?

there is a MASSIVE debate on this, and a lot of factors are involved. I prefer NCR, but that might be just me.

If you have a hard time thinking for yourself you should definitely go with the Legion. Caesar will tell you what to do and what to think.

Well the one i go for is if im a melee weapons guy i go to legion, if guns i go NCR

I say both, try out every ending possible with different couriers.
But on this run decide which one you like more.

Are you a raider or slaver? Do you just want to wear a dress but are a guy? don't like drugs even for medical use? Like leaders that make contradictory statements, kill alot of their own men and don't keep their men well supplied.

Oh if you are a chick do you like being a slave? Most of that, Legion is for you.

NCR is uh Distant government. Its got standard government excesses with war, And while they are fighting genuinely nasty people most of their opposition is people who don't like government and its hurting their ability to deal with other issues with all these minor groups coming up nipping at their heals.

their escaped convicts, the Khans, the Fiends. and of course the legion. maybe the brotherhood of steel. and various agents of espionage and graft.

Legion would have the same problems if they were in the region.

When I choosed the Legion they enslaved everyone, but chosing the NCR is undecided knowing that i have not beat the game playing for them

Do it depending on your character. Evil karma and/or melee/unarmed/throwing setup should probably go legion. Guns and/or good karma should go NCR. Neutral and/or energy would do well going with House or fighting for independence. Keep in mind you will need to assassinate somebody or even get rid of an entire group with every run except independent. Siding with Yes Man is the only way to do a no-kill run.

You are wrong, if you side with NCR you can ally with BOS and Khans... You can keep House alive for every faction... Same with Boomer's.

Me personallyu would just kill the BOS, too lazy to do quests again. I did it with the Khans/Kings (All of them) to avoid violence, so I might go yolo swag on BOS. Besides I can use console commands for powerarmor/etc

Legion can be hard to side with, because although they are "evil", they are a very specific brand of evil that can be hard to get into. If you're roleplaying that is. If you're in the game just to collect the uberloot however, then Legion is the better choice as they have a bit better rewards.
