No Voice Sound Working[SOLVED]

I recenty bought the game now that it was on sale and for some reason all the audio is messed up i can sometimes here voices but if i start a conversation i hear nothing at all, pit boy sounds dont work either

Set the speaker configuration in Windows to 2.0 stereo.
