You can use Project Nevada and set the cell refresh to 24 in-game hours. No mods that I know of that removes them bodies over a certain amount, you have to do it by hand in the console. Also, a subcell can easily handle over 500 bodies, although the frame rate tends to dip after 200 or so.

It's a rebalance/tweak mod, so mostly yes. Plus it has a ton of compatibility mods for things that it isn't compatible with.

No need to install Project Nevada if you just want to change the cell respawn rate. That is just modifying a simple game setting.

This mod offers a few choices: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/37262

will it remove the dead bodies aswell?

Not directly. It changes how quickly cells (areas) respawn. If the dead bodies are set to respawn, then the enemies will reappear after that amount of time. If they're not set to respawn, then they might disappear, I'm actually not sure about that.

Yes, even non-respawns disappear after a cell refresh, unless they still carry unique or quest items. But monster mod adds normal spawns, so the bodies will go away.

i removed IWS and installed monster mod, monster wars and warzone instead and I also installed a lot of anti crash mods, i am also using the zap gun after every gunfight to remove bodies. The only problem I am left with is that my game freeze for a few second every time an enemy spawn.

Install Stutter Remover and go into its INI file (there is a text file next to it explaining everything in detail), and enable heap replacement. Unless you have that one or two processor families that dies on it, it'll reduce/shorten these script-related hiccups.
