Mr. New Vegas
Is there a way to turn his voice down at all? I really hate listening to music and then, seconds later, having his voice blasting out my headphones.

You can go to settings and turn down the radio volume.

Menu > Options > Audio > Radio if I remember correctly.

Ah, yeah, but I'd like the music to be at a moderate volume without Mr. New Vegas coming in really loud

Ah, well then, I don't think there is a way to tone down his voice. I can look on the nexus a bit for a mod to do so.

I really don't think there is a mod for this and I haven't really noticed your problem myself, for me the volume level of his voice is just about right and about the same level as the music.

Really? It's pretty loud for me.

If you only want music, why not tune in to Mojave Music Radio station?

It only plays music with no announcements. I suspect you don't hear the the same mix of songs, however.

Nah, Mojave Music plays country whilst Mysterious Broadcast does Jazz, and New Vegas does 50's big band tunes.

Aren't many songs on mojave radio the same as on radio new vegas? I think they share a lot of the same songs. I mostly listen to Conelrad though.

Most of them, yeah, but Mojave doesn't have songs like Jingle Jangle, American Swing, Ain't That a Kick in the Head, or Blue Moon. And likewise New Vegas doesn't have songs like I'm so Blue or I'm Movin' Out.

It's a common sound-related bug with his audio level. You can mess around with your codecs, since most of the time FFMpeg causes it; or your sound setup, since it's also a common thing when it's not set to 2.0 in Windows… but in lots of cases this can lead to the loss of all audio.
