Oh My Papa Evidence Help

So in 'Oh My Papa' I used the Speech check to disgrace the Legion dude in front of the Khans. However, now I'm trying to convince Papa's second-in-line guy that the Legion is going to destroy the Khans, but I have no option to do this even though I have the Legion guy's notes.

The only other evidence I can get is Caesar's ledger, which I have no access to. I don't want to have to kill Papa since I already turned that idea down at the NCR Dam, so is there a console command or something I can use to force him to agree with me? Just so I can advance diplomatically.

Or if there's something I'm not doing, that would help too.

By "Legion Guy's notes" do you mean the notes you got off his body?

If so then that's the wrong note, the note you have to give the guy who is Papa's second in command is at the Fort in Caesar's tent.

The Legion guy had a room in the longhouse, and he has a diary there. You should be able to give it to Regis as evidence.
If not, just wait. You'll get access to the Fort eventually in a peaceful manner and you can grab the ledger then. Oh, My Papa can wait until the endgame, you won't get anything for completing it.
