Can't leave the Divide

Which type of error? The one where you click on the exit door and nothing happens or when you insta-crash after area transition?
The latter can usually be fixed by disabling hardcore mode and/or setting the timescale back to the 24-40 range if you modified it.
The former is a somewhat rare bug in the DLC. To my knowledge both YUP and MMUE fixed it, but I am often wrong. Anyway, the usual teleport commands (coc or player.moveto) can help.

I go up to the wall of crashed cars but it won't even give me the option to leave.

are you in the right location.

COC goodsprings should still work though. or barring that disabling the DLC.
