Weapon Animation Replacers not working
I recently installed this with the expansion by gopher, and only the rifle animation seems to work. I've looked all over and cant find a fix to this

Re-install it. Use the FOMOD version, it's easier.
Lots of mods seem to overwrite the animation files, especially weapon mods, so intalling weapon animation replacer last is a good idea.

You can have only one animation file for a certain movement sequence (in this case idle animation while holding a non-melee weapon), so whatever you install last will be used. I assume you are referring to this mod,[www.nexusmods.com] and I'm talking about this additional mod[www.nexusmods.com] that turns it into a FOMOD.

what im saying is, i have bot h of those mods installed. the problem is that only the third person rifle animation is appearing. ive tried uninstalling them and check the load order and all of that, but it doesnt seem to work

Maybe the FOMOD you built is incomplete. Open it (it's a standard compressed file, so you can use any decompressor) adn check that all files from the source mod are there.
Then go to the game's data directory and check whether the .nif and .kf files are in place or not. You can use the FOMOD's folder structure to navigate to the required subfolder within data.
Worst case scenario is to dump the files from the original mod to the data folder manually. Choose the version you want and copy the files to their required places.
